Expect more from Annebisyosa! - No doubt that Filipinos have been captivated and charmed by the magical voice of Concert Sweetheart Anne Curtis. The clamor for her bewitching voice didn’t stop after her Annebisyosa album reached the platinum record or after the sold-out Annebisyosa No Other Concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Though Anne lacks extraordinary singing skills, she’s still able to touch the hearts of people who just want to have fun and be entertained. Her passion to sing and to make people smile may be considered as her secret weapon in selling the Annebisyosa album and concert tickets.

The Princess of All Media might have received criticisms about her non-singer voice. But millions of Filipinos all over the globe supported and adored her even more. Her courage and confidence to make her dreams come true turned out be her greatest asset.

Undoubtedly, Anne deserves the title Most Popular Female Novelty Singer awarded to her by the 43rd Box-Office Entertainment Awards. Anne expressed, “Yun talaga ‘di ko in-expect. So… a, never ko rin in-expect na mangyari sa buhay ko na makakatanggap ako ng award para sa album ko!”

After all, the Annebisyosa album was just all about fun. “Just for this album lang yun. Masaya na ‘ko do’n,” she answered when asked if she’ll continue pursuing her singing career.

Anne has no plans of coming up with a second album nor a follow-up concert. Nevertheless, she’d still continue her concert world tour and album promotions for her fans outside Manila. “Nangyari yung magtu-tour lang ako and okay na.”

She’s also open to sing a duet with other artists. “Magge-guest, guest na lang ako sa mga album ng iba, okay lang sa ‘kin yun.” But Anne Curtis is willing to give another shot to her singing career if ever fans ask for it.

“Ibibigay ko sa kanila yun. Ibibigay ko naman. Kung hilingin, ba’t hindi ibigay? Pero…a, huwag muna. Ang hirap. Mahirap mag-tour-tour. Ang hirap talaga. Pero gagawin ko naman for everyone,” she explained.
